Oh where do I begin? I was shocked to enter my king suite only to find remnants of someone else's sticky table, as if cleanliness was merely a suggestion! The lighting? Practically non-existent! For $220, I expected a red carpet and a complimentary upgrade after such disappointments, but alas, I left feeling undervalued. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Fast service kept everything well-stocked, which I appreciated. Location was convenient, close to various shops. However, the room had a strange overwhelming fragrance that was hard to ignore. Plus, the low toilet between the walls felt cramped. I also struggled to get hot water during my shower, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were certainly areas that could be improved.

We had a nice time visiting the Music City Mall, which is just half a mile from the hotel. My young child loved the ice rink there! The breakfast options were solid, and the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for them.
